Russian forces are reported to own reached the eastern fringe of Ukraine’s capital Kyiv, as they encircle the city.
More than half the city’s inhabitants is asserted to own fled. Many who remain reside without food or heating.
The mayor of Kyiv has acknowledged the city is now a fortress as Ukrainian forces put together for an all-out Russian assault.
